These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites operated by WI Contractor Connect ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our sites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

WI Contractor Connect operates websites that connect homeowners with local service providers (plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, electricians, and other contractors). We are a referral service. We do not perform the requested work ourselves.

2. No Guarantee of Service

We make commercially reasonable efforts to connect you with qualified local providers, but we cannot guarantee:

• Response time from any specific contractor
• The quality of work performed by contractors
• Pricing offered by contractors
• That a contractor will accept your job

3. Your Relationship With Contractors

Any agreement you enter with a contractor we refer you to is solely between you and that contractor. We are not a party to that agreement. We do not employ contractors, and contractors are not our agents.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our websites and referral services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WI Contractor Connect and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use of our websites or referral services
• Actions or work performed by contractors
• Any disputes between you and a contractor
• Loss of data or service interruptions

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information on our forms
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our websites
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by WI Contractor Connect or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
